First Shot and Probably Something of Little Consequence

So here's my first shot at writing a semi-legitimate blog:

Today my girlfriend decided to start her first blog page, so I, being a proponent of brinkmanship, decided to copy her initiative and start my own. For years I have talked about using the internet as an outlet for all of my endless babbling and postulating; however, without any motivation, I failed to make an effort at this (let me add that she was the gestation of this idea). Some of the topics that I wish to discuss will range from eschatology, general theology, macro-economics, investing, marathoning, songwriting, guitar shredding, and the far out imaginings of information technology (with a focus on the over speculated singularity).

It is my intention to express a global perspective that melds all of these disciplines together in some form of a mosaic of ideas. Further, I am of the persuasion that our world is rapidly changing at an exponential rate. Therefore, our understanding of the fourth dimension (time) is an absolutely necessary component of the process of realizing and achieving the fullness of life in the present state of reality. Additionally, this blog's intention is to challenge the status-quo and conventional forms of ideology, while concurrently encouraging creative forms of thought and expression. Ultimately, it is my deep desire to uncover perspectives and truth that others may finding inspiring and enlightening (or at the very least giving an individual a mildly enterntaining experience, if even that).
